NO SHOW POLICY NOW IN EFFECT AS OF OCTOBER 2, 2019
Despite our efforts to remind clients of their upcoming appointments via text, email and phone calls, we have had an influx of missed appointments (no shows) lately.  Each time someone misses an appointment without providing proper notice, another pet is prevented from receiving care.  In light of this, South Creek Animal Hospital reserves the right to charge a fee of $20.00 for all missed appointments (no shows).  We require a 24  hour notice if you are not able to keep your scheduled appointment.
