
Sue - Manager/Receptionist
Sue has been working in the Veterinary field for 9 years. She has three grand puppies Zoey, Paisley and Riley. Sue likes to vacation in the Lake of the Ozarks with her family and friends. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her three grandchildren and going out to dinner with friends. If Sue had it her way she would order dessert first!!
Sue, and her husband Chris are proud to be one of the owners of South Creek Animal Hospital.

Joleen - Office Manager
Joleen has loved animals her entire life and entered the animal care field in 1999 working in kennels. She worked her way up and gained experience along the way working as a technician and worked as a technician until 2017 before becoming office manager. She has hand raised orphaned critters of all kinds and has a soft spot for cats. She currently has three cats (Josie, Leno, and Judith) and three dogs at home ("Rossi"- Great Pyrenees x Dutch Shepherd, "Hope"- Border Terrier and "Sig" (pictured) - Anatolian Shepherd x Great Pyrenees), most of which were rescues.
She enjoys baking cupcakes, cooking and just quiet time at home in her spare time. She is a huge Yellowstone Series fan!

Amanda B. - Technician

Emily - Certified Veterinary Technician
Emily is a 2002 graduate of the Parkland College Vet Tech Program. Her career has allowed her to travel, live, and work in many places. She joined the South Creek team in the fall of 2019. Emily is fascinated by the human-animal bond and has a special interest in preventive medicine. As a CVT, she loves utilizing her skills in surgery.
In their downtime, Emily and her boyfriend, Paul, enjoy kayaking, boating, beer and wine tasting, and listening to live music. Emily also loves walking and going out for ice cream with her Cavalier, Jovi!

Linda - Receptionist/Veterinary Assistant
Animals have always been an important part of Linda's life, so making it her career choice was an easy decision. Working in the kennel, as a technician and receptionist has helped further her knowledge on animal care. She has over 20 years of dog training experience, training her dogs as well as helping others train their own. She has shown dogs in the US as well as Canada, earning many titles in obedience, tracking and herding.
She shares her home with her husband and daughter along with several pets. She has two horses (Rio and Prez), "Jill" the pony, three cats (Licorice, Smokey and Oliver), several chickens ,her Australian Shepherd therapy dog "Juno" and her latest addition a Pembroke Welsh Corgi named "Archie". She spends most weekends watching her daughter either compete at horse shows or playing soccer. In her spare time she enjoys trail riding with her horse "Rio".

Sarah - Groomer
Sarah has been grooming professionally for 11 years. Her interest in grooming started when she joined 4H and entered into a grooming class with her yellow lab named Maggie. Her grooming interest took off when her mom started breeding miniature schnauzers and she started grooming them herself.
Sarah lives in Kankakee with her husband Charlie, 2 cats named Smudge and Cosmo and 2 dogs named Ruger and Kobe.
